Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains what collects when you order a custom 3D print from us, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to meet our obligations under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Who we are
What we collect
Deliberately very little. To make and hand over or deliver your order we collect:
- Your name and 10-digit phone number — to prepare your order and contact you about it.
- Your email address — from your Google account, or the address you get a sign-in code at, so you can see your orders and get order emails. If you order without signing in, we make an account for that email so you can sign in with it later and see your orders. If you leave a design in your cart without ordering, or an order unpaid, we may send you one reminder about it; every reminder has a link to stop them.
- Your delivery address — only if you choose delivery at checkout.
- Your design — the text, font, colours and options you chose.
- Order and pricing details — weight, print time and amount, which we calculate ourselves.
- Your payment's reference — when you pay online, the payment ID, amount and status that Zoho Payments confirms to us, so we can match the payment to your order.
- Reviews you choose to write — your rating, words and photo. A published review shows your first name and the first letter of your surname, never your full name or contact details.
What we do NOT collect
- No card or bank details. You pay on the secure page of our payment partner, Zoho Payments. We never see, handle or store a card number, UPI ID or PIN, or bank credential.
- No advertising cookies, and no advertising pixels. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. We also keep simple daily totals of how many visits look at, design, add to cart and buy each product, and which kind of site sent them (for example Instagram or Google). They are counts, not a record of you or what you typed. To see where our pages are hard to use, Microsoft Clarity records how the pages are used (taps, scrolling, where people stop), with what you type and your personal details masked.
- No passwords — you sign in with Google or a one-time code sent to your email, and we never see or store a password.
Why we can use it
We process this information to perform the contract you enter into when you place an order, and to keep the business records we are required to keep. If you withdraw your details before printing starts we simply cancel the order.
How long we keep it
Order records, including your name and phone number, are kept as business and tax records. Where we no longer need to keep a record, we delete it. You can ask us to delete your details at any time using the contact below; if an order is still being made or is unpaid, we will complete or cancel it first.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. These service providers handle data on our behalf, or receive it as a technical consequence of the site working:
- Our hosting and database providers (Cloudflare and Supabase) — they store the order record and serve this site.
- Zoho Payments (Zoho Payment Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) — processes your online payment. We send it your name, phone number, email, order number and the amount; it tells us whether the payment succeeded. Your payment details are entered on its page, not ours.
- Microsoft Clarity — records how visitors use the shop's pages (taps, scrolling, where people stop) so we can make them easier to use. What you type, and your name, phone, email and address, are masked and never sent to it.
- Zoho ZeptoMail — sends your order emails and cart reminders, so it receives your email address and the order or cart details in each email.
- Shiprocket and its courier partners — for delivered orders, they receive your name, delivery address and phone number to deliver the parcel.
- Content delivery networks (cdn.jsdelivr.net, esm.sh) — deliver the 3D preview code; your IP address is visible to them.
- WhatsApp — if we message you that your order is ready, that message goes through WhatsApp.
What is stored on your device
We use your browser's local storage to remember your in-progress design so you do not lose it if the page reloads. It stays on your device, is not sent to us as personal data, and clearing your browser data removes it. While you browse, the tab also remembers where the visit came from and which steps it has already counted, so each counts once; that is forgotten when you close the tab. Microsoft Clarity sets its own two cookies (_clck and _clsk) to tell the pages of one visit apart from another's; they are not used for advertising. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Your rights
You may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You may also withdraw consent or complain about how we have handled your data. Write to our Grievance Officer:
We will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our products are often bought for children, but we do not knowingly collect personal data directly from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian should place the order.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and order data is held in an access-controlled database. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the authorities as required.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
