Who you are contracting with
What we make
Every item is made to order from the text and options you choose — keychains, nameplates, letter tiles, word art and similar 3D-printed gifts. Because each piece is personalised, please check your spelling, font and colours on the 3D preview before you pay.
The 3D preview
The on-screen preview is an accurate representation of the shape we will print, but it is a screen rendering. Real filament colour, surface finish and layer texture will differ slightly from the preview, and printed plastic shows visible layer lines. This is normal for 3D printing and is not a defect.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are calculated from the size, weight and print time of the design you build, so changing your design changes the price.
- Payment is by UPI, made directly to us from your own UPI app.
- After paying you enter your 12-digit UPI reference number. We begin printing only after we have confirmed the payment has actually reached us. Entering a reference number that does not correspond to a real payment is not an order.
Collection
Orders are made and handed over in person at our kiosk, usually within of confirmed payment. We do not ship. Busy periods, large designs or printer maintenance can make this longer, and we will tell you if so. Please collect on the same day unless we agree otherwise.
Acceptable content
We will decline, and refund, any order whose text is unlawful, abusive, hateful, obscene, or infringes someone else's trade mark or copyright. You confirm you have the right to use the text and names you submit. We are not responsible for spelling as submitted by you.
Product care and safety
Items are printed in PLA-type plastic. Our liability
If we get your order wrong we will reprint or refund it, as set out in our Cancellation & Refunds policy. Beyond that, and except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Intellectual property
The site, its 3D designs and the product templates remain ours. You keep the rights in the text you supply, and you grant us permission to use it for the purpose of producing your order.
Governing law
